PDS IG Equipment, LLC offers products and services for the glass fabrication industry, with special emphasis in the insulating glass market. Our group brings decades of experience working within the residential and commercial glass fields. We offer complete automated solutions for your insulating glass needs. This includes equipment for edge deletion, gas filling, laser logo placement, primary and secondary sealant application, as well as internal grid production. PDS brings a fully automated dual pane and unique single-spacer triple pane production system to the North American market.
The PDS system utilizes the T17 insulating glass spacer. The T17 spacer is a flexible stainless steel spacer that allows for best in class durability while also yielding one of the best thermal numbers in the market. Spacer is produced in USA.
Other product offerings include our temporary protective film application system along with simulated divided lite scoring module and our interlayer trimmer for laminated glass. PDS also works with clients within the window and door industry developing custom solutions for their glass, window, and door fabrication needs.

PDS ProFilm System
PDS PROFILM System allows fabricators to protect their glass immediately through a high-speed inline applicator that is capable of maintaining insulating glass (IG) line speeds.
