The new generation of Xinglass QX-GTH glass tempering furnaces is designed to temper all glass types with quality in mind. The software and control system has integrated a new intelligent heating control algorithm, which allows more reliable and flexible control for the heating process. It ensures the heat is evenly distributed with 10 percent improved accuracy. The heating section of the furnace has adopted a new type of air convection technology, which has realized uniform temperature distribution under different loading modes.
