Stainless Structurals America is a global producer and distributor of sharp corner stainless steel structural shapes and architectural steel profiles. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, our profiles come in standard and custom designations and shapes. We employ a unique and proprietary manufacturing method called Laser-Fusion that yields sharp corners and enables seemingly limitless design capabilities with a wide range of geometries. The minimum mill run is only one 20' length which should greatly help to offer solutions where traditional mills enforce very high minimums. Our production process is certified to ASTM A1069 which encompasses all of the same characteristics as the traditional steel-making specifications and contain equivalent strength values. Everything is produced in Texas using domestic raw material for 100% USA melt & manufacture. Our custom profiles provide architects, engineers and designers with solutions worthy of their most creative visions
